The real-time Emergency Management solution is a module of the MultiAccess software application for managing employee and visitor evacuations and assembly points.

In order to facilitate the evacuation management and to streamline the identification procedures, the system allows the designation of the personnel in charge of the emergency management (First Aid, Emergency and Evacuation Manager, etc..) and their identification within the company.

In addition, it has a real-time register aligned to the MultiAccess Access Control System which can be consulted via smartphone or tablet, in order to facilitate the identification of those present at the assembly point.

When an alarm signal is triggered due to a critical situation, the emergency management staff activates the predefined evacuation procedures. The gates managed by the MultiAccess Access Control System are, depending on the configuration, manually or automatically unlocked to facilitate and speed up the procedure.

Upon arrival at the assembly point, the person in charge will begin to identify those who are present.

Identification can take place either:

• manually, by the Emergency Management Officer, who confirms the evacuation of the people present at the assembly point, verifying in real time the exit from the building of all personnel through the two lists made available by the application (present in the company and present at the assembly point);
• through the access control reader devices placed in the assembly point, in order to make the personnel autonomous in the notification of their own successful emergency evacuation. The operator provides manual confirmation, exclusively for those without badges and/or mobile credentials.
