VISITS RESERVATION

Visit Reservation is a module of the PhotoGuest software application for the management of visits reservations by employees or persons authorized to receive visits.

In order to facilitate the reception operations and streamline accreditation procedures, Visits Reservation module allows each authorized employee to enter reservations for scheduled visits. Each employee can also consult, suspend and delete their reservations and consult the history of visit.

A reservation made is immediately available for its management by the “PhotoGuest visitor management” procedure in use at the reception.
